If you’re not using Flock, you should. Flock is great for your social media presence. Several great tools to manage your facebook and flickr accounts… And, did you know that Flock was built on Firefox? This allows you to install firefox extensions as well! (not all of ‘em).

I have it installed, I haven’t really had much time to check it out though, seems a tad bloated maybe?
Then again I’m used to a fairly slim line Firefox setup.
I decided to try out flock a little bit more thoroughly, it’s nice and I’m sure it would work very well for most people, but I have become very attached to a few add-ons for Firefox that don’t work well, or at all in flock.
