3. In addition to PlotBot and Zura, I would also throw in Scripped as a good online free screenplay software tool. I tried it and it has the same features as the rest but with a couple limitations. It’s definitely less boxy than Plotbot. Link is at http://www.scripped.com

   1) is Slideshare – http://www.slideshare.net – Share your slides easily on a great interface
   2) is Deskaway – http://www.deskaway.com – Deskaway is a project management tool that helps you manage your projects. employees, create milestones and analyse your workflows. Believe me it saves loads of time and makes business sharper!

5. You should add SlideBoom http://www.slideboom.com to this list. SlideBoom is an awesome presentation sharing service. It is much easier to use and works better than SlideShare and authorSTREAM. There are many good PM tools that are not mentioned in this post (Ive actually published an article on the a href=http://www.pmhut.com/what-would-an-ideal-project-management-tool-look-like rel=nofollowideal pm tool/a), however, theyre basically all the same thing, with different pricing and interfaces (some have very cool interfaces).

    On productivity: http://www.InternetStopwatch.com – Timing how long it takes you to do certain tasks, you can really cut a lot of wasted time out of your day.

20. This list is a very useful one, all at one place. There are a lot of other project management as well to do lists available on the internet. I must say these tools have made life easier for the busy as well as the freelancers.
