I tried Visual CV and once you worked you way around it it is not bad. But I would say more suitable for the high paid executives. Try http://www.mayomann.com they are quite easy to use and they worked better for me than any other site.

http://jobgrades.com is another job review site. They have some funny reviews of SMS.ac or Fanbox now.
