Nice list. I found it when I was looking for apps for the ipod touch or iphone that participants at a conference or workshop can use to fill out (and react to)
surveys in real time. I found a couple in this list. Also check out http://www.touchmetric.com/en/index.html

Good list, thanks for compiling it. One I have often used is SurveyGizmo. They have a free account where you can do both full surveys and polls and that is all I have ever needed. As a plus they have both a Facebook app and will auto-tweet your survey to Twitter so you can get the word out to your networks easily.
Cheers!

Polls and surveys are great things to have to implement in your website. They help you see a number of things from how your business is viewed to how much they like or don't like your site.

Online survey An easy way to specify exactly which survey you want the visitor to complete. This way the visitor will stay on your site and not be redirected to another. They will answer all survey questions without leaving your website
